DYNO Universal is the ideal tool for anyone needing low load instruments. It’s equipped with standard or customised accessories, depending on the fastenings required by the application. The DYNO model is a Tensile Testing Machine machine with a versatile design, normally dedicated to plastic (just think about tensile strength test of 3D printed components), rubber, fabric, paper, and cardboard tubes.

Dyno Universal is a truly versatile universal bench testing machine, and is designed for operation in compliance with the main world standards on tests methods based on the specific applications.

Standards of reference and applications: ASTM E4, ISO 7500-1  EN 10002-2, JIS B7721, GB/T 16825.1 DIN 51221, BS 1610 and/or equivalent.

A high-level tensile testing machine

Its sturdy metal structure, along with the single-column architecture, make Dyno Universal a  solid yet compact bench tensile testing machine, suitable for both laboratories as well as industrial contexts.

The movement of the vertical axis occurs through a servo-electric actuator, and makes use of a ball screw, coupled with an absolute encoder: therefore, it is possible to obtain extremely precise movements to a given force (i.e. reaching a given load), or to a specific position.

Dyno Universal is also a highly intuitive universal testing system: depending on the operator’s level of expertise, it is possible to choose between the automaticsemiautomatic or totally manual modes.

Of course, being universal, this machine can perform tensile, compression, cutting, peeling and bending texts: in fact, it is developed for working in complete compliance with the most widespread international standards (every possible need concerning testing standards can be satisfied with a specific and customized solution: just ask!).

Electronics and software for static material testing

Mechanics, electronics and software development: Easydur takes care of every single aspect of the realization of a tensile testing machine

In the perspective of providing 100% Made in Italy systems, Easydur also engineers the electronic boards integrated into its universal testing systems: each machine is equipped with multiple interconnected boards, dedicated to controlling the axes and reading the load cells.

Every operation, such as movements to force and positions, occurs with a feedback speed of 1000 Hz: a thousand times per second. These electronic performances, combined with the maximum resolution of the load cells of up to 200.000 operative divisions and the use of an absolute encoder, deliver highly precise results.

The vertical axis movement is carried out using numerical control technology. However, the operator interacts with the tensile testing machine through a robust industrial PC with a touch screen and an integrated hard disk.

To ensure maximum ease of use even in industrial settings, the tensile test can be initiated immediately by simply pressing the physical buttons on the front control panel, without having to access previously set recipes.

Safety measures and protection of the load cells for Dyno tensile testing machine

The electronics designed in this way allow for sinusoidal stress cycles designed to preserve the machine and achieve high performance.

The cells are protected from overload even when they are not active, and the axis unlocking is automatic, a safety measure designed to intervene in case of an out-of-range condition or sudden impact.

The list of protective measures is completed by load cell compensation and programmable test speed.

EasyQs: high-performance universal testing software

The software is entirely developed by Easydur, based on the Windows 10/11 operating system, with the ability to internally create and manage archives, statistics, and certificates in Excel format, fully customizable according to the customer’s needs.

EasyQs is an incredibly flexible testing software: the test recipe can be created from scratch (which allows for complete customization and the possibility of using Easydur testing machines even in research, conducting non-standardized tests).

Alternatively, you can rely on the practical Wizard feature of EasyQs, which allows you to create the test recipe by combining various pre-compiled models, according to each international standard. Once the recipe is completed using this simple procedure, it is always possible to modify every parameter.

The load capacities of the available load cells (up to three cells for each individual tensile testing machine) can be freely combined (from 10 N to 5 kN), and by a simple software setting, you can select the load cell you want to use.

Another significant advantage of using the Windows 10/11 operating system is the ability to download TeamViewer software onto the industrial PCs of Easydur testing machines, allowing our professional technicians to remotely perform updates, technical support, and much more.

Dyno Universal is a universal machine for static tensile and compression tests created to enable our customers to work in full Industry 4.0 philosophy, thanks to the ability to interface the machine with the customer’s management software, employing the OPC-UA bidirectional standard.
