Easydur Bogie Test Stand has been designed to allow our customers to test all different kind of Railways Bogies (Passenger trains, Cargo trains, Metros, Trams). Our great know-how in all the fields of spring testing converges in this machine for compression tests on bogies, allowing the operator to simulate with maximum accuracy real-life forces and weights of all kinds of vehicles. Thanks to Easydur homemade design, based on 100% internal mechanical drawings, our customers can perform not only testing, but also all maintenance operations on bogies with great ease.
The craftmanship characterizing Easydur grants the possibility to design and produce several optional tools that can be integrated in our system for all measurement and testing needs.
This Italian-made Railways Bogie testing machine is equipped with two electromechanical or hydraulic pressers, equippable with optional “chasse” test devices able to measure, for instance, lateral stiffness.
Easydur Bogie Test Bench can work with the most common bogies, like those with a structure designed and manufactured according to CEN – EN 13749 standard (an example is the widely diffused Y25 bogie, basically the most employed freight bogie in Europe). For special projects, customization is always possible.
According to customer needs, Easydur can realize a pit version or an overfloor version of this Bogie Test Stand.
