The added value is provided by a totally overhauled mechanical structure, the addition of latest generation load cells (with a resolution of up to 200,000 divisions) and high-strength mechanical grippers. The modernisation is completed with the addition of a PC equipped with the modern EasyQs software – entirely developed by Easydur and running on Windows 10 (or 11) platform -, and a practical touch screen.
This instrument can now operate for many more years, perfectly suited to overcoming the technological challenges of the modern industrial world, such as the issuing of statistics and reports that can also be exported. Finally, thanks to the OPC-UA protocol, the modernised testing instrument can be made compatible with the Industry 4.0 requirements.
