VISION SYSTEMS AND PROFILE PROJECTORS FOR SPRINGS AND COMPONENTS

Industrial vision systems and Easydur profile projectors are used for the dimensional check of springs and the detection of defects (e.g. in grinding).

They are suitable for every type of production, from small to high volumes.

For this reason, benchtop vision systems with manual spring positioning or automated solutions with in-line integration are available.

By using high-definition industrial cameras combined with telecentric lenses, it is possible to obtain high-precision measurements, with data and charts that can be exported using the software developed in-house by Easydur.

By combining up to three cameras, three-dimensional measurements are also possible.
