When we talk about “Made in Italy” we are not joking: our machines are entirely designed and manufactured at our plant of Arcisate (VA) in Italy, a process that obviously also includes the development of the testing software. This always allows us maximum freedom to carry out in-house research and development, as well as to meet the customisation needs of our customers in every aspect, both as far as mechanics and software. The Easydur testing software is based on the Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system and is installed on solid industrial PCs with touch screen displays. The software is available in the most popular languages and guarantees the possibility of producing and exporting charts, reports and statistics, depending on the tests being performed.

The creation of the test recipe based on the desired standard can take advantage of a practical wizard with several pre-defined steps, or the steps can be created from scratch: just like the machines, also the Easydur software is universal.

Dynamic spring tests are among the most complex types of tests. For this sector, Easydur has chosen first-class control electronics interfaced with software to maximise servo drive performance.
